Sažetak
Osiguravajuća društva vrše distribuciju osiguranja na različite načine, direktno ili preko drugih, fizičkih i pravnih, lica. Sve kanale distribucije osiguranja delimo na tradicionalne i alternativne. Tradicionalni obuhvataju direktnu prodaju osiguranja, kao i distribuciju preko posrednika i zastupnika. Alternativni su drugi vidovi distribucije osiguranja, koji, u stvari, sadrže i elemente tradicionalnih oblika. Distribucija osiguranja zavisi i od vrste osiguranja. Tako, razlikujemo modele prodaje životnog i neživotnih osiguranja. Poseban kanal distribucije osiguranja predstavlja bankoosiguranje. Ovaj model podrazumeva proizvodnju i distribuciju posebno oblikovanih proizvoda i životnih i neživotnih osiguranja, koji su prilagođeni bankama, delatnostima koje obavlja, kao i njenoj mreži. Bankoosiguranje ima prednost koja se sastoji u uštedi ostvarenoj korišćenjem kanala distribucije od strane banke. One mogu da kontrolišu finansije klijenta i, na taj način, imaju prednost u odnosu na osiguravajuća društva, ali samo u segmentu pružanja bankarskih usluga. Jedno od važnih pitanja, koje se ovde postavlja, odnosi se i na regulisanje načina distribucije osiguranja.
Abstract
Insurance companies carry out the distribution of insurance in different ways, either directly or through other, legal and individual, persons. We can distinguish between traditional and alternative distribution channels of insurance. Traditional channels are direct sales of insurance cover, as well as, distribution through brokers and agents. Alternative channels are other forms of distribution of insurance, which, in fact, contain elements of traditional methods. Distribution of insurance depends on the type of insurance. Thus, we can distinguish between selling models of life and non-life insurance. A particular channel of distribution of insurance is a bank insurance. This model involves the production and distribution of specially designed products of life and non-life insurance, which are adapted to the banks activities, and to the bank network. Bank insurance has the advantage, and it is saving, which is achieved by using the distribution channels of the bank. The banks can control the finances of the client and, thus, have an advantage over insurance companies, but only in the provision of banking services. One of the important issues raised in this area, refers to the ways of regulating the distribution of insurance.
