Povrede ručnog zgloba kod gimnastičara - sistematsko pregledno istraživanje

Sažetak
Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je sumiranje relevantne literature o povredama ručnog zgloba kod gimnastičara i da se na osnovu sistematskog pregleda dosadašnjih istraživanja utvrdi rasprostranjenost povrede. U sportskoj gimnastici, gornji ekstremiteti su nosioci celog tela, što sa sobom nosi posledice kao što su povrede ručnog zgloba. Tipovi povrede su različiti, u zavisnosti od njene prekomerne upotrebe. Kombinacija perioda brzog rasta i intenzivnog treninga stvaraju uslove da gimnastičari budu skloniji povredama, a naročito povredama ručnog zgloba. Elektronsko pretraživanje radova izvršeno je u bazama podataka: KoBSON, PubMed i Google Akademik, a studije su objavljene u vremenskom periodu od 2010. do 2020. godine, dok je za analizu dobijenih podataka primenjena deskriptivna metoda. Na osnovu pretrage baza podataka, 14 studija je zadovoljilo kriterijume. Ispitanici koji su se podvrgli različitim tipovima korektivnog tretmana, upitnicima i eksperimentima su imali za cilj da preveniraju dalji napredak povrede, a većina ispitanika je ostvarila veliki napredak u suzbijanju ili potpunoj regresiji povrede ručnog zgloba. Stvaranje svesti o postojanju ove povrede je od velikog značaja u sportskoj gimnastici, pa je rana detekcija i prevencija povrede od velikog značaja.
