Komunikacija kao mera performanse liderstva

Sažetak
Nema sistema, bilo prirodnog ili veštačkog, koji je moguće poimati, a pogotovo usmeravati ukoliko ne postoji razumevanje načina komunikacije. Otuda neodvojivost komunikacije i liderstva kao dva osnovna segmenta istraživačkog područja ovog rada. U kom pravcu se menja čovek, šta to implicira istraživačka pitanja i otvara prostor za nova? Čovek kao visokoobrazovani pojedinac, specijalista ili ekspert u aktuelnim okolnostima, poslovanje zasniva na znanju, usled čega znanje predstavlja dominantnu imovinu većine uspešnih organizacija. U situacijama u kojima se pojavljuje značajna komunikaciona distanca, javljaju se značajne barijere u komunikaciji, koje doprinose neuspehu samog procesa. Ono što dodatno apostrofira ovaj navedeni istraživački problem jeste struktura poslovnog sistema, koja se menja u skladu s aktuelnim trendovima, pa samim tim dovodi do promena kanala komunikacije, odnosno protoka informacija. Ove promene nisu zanemarive i značajno menjaju prirodu komunikacije, a kao posledica svega traži se adekvatan odgovor liderstva. Osnovno istraživačko pitanje glasi: U kojoj meri efikasnost komunikacije definiše uspešnost kao faza u zrelosti liderstva? Kvantitativni postupci primereni osnovnim istraživačkim namerama i prirodi raspoloživih podataka jesu multivarijaciona analiza varijanse (MANOVA), diskriminativna analiza i jednofaktorska analiza varijanse (ANOVA), s ciljem utvrđivanja razlika između definisanih grupa posmatrane pojave, u zavisnosti od specifičnosti posmatranih obeležja.
