Razlika u samopercepciji bola između dece sa cerebralnom paralizom i njihovih negovatelja

Sažetak
Uvod/Cilj Bol je često nedovoljno prepoznat entitet kod dece sa cerebralnom paralizom. Cilj rada bio je utvrditi da li postoje razlike u samopercepciji bola između dece sa cerebralnom paralizom i njihovih negovatelja. Metode Retrospektivna studija je uključivala 70 dece sa cerebralnom paralizom lečene na Institutu za zdravstvenu zaštitu dece i omladine Vojvodine i isto toliko njihovih negovatelja. Analiziran je intenzitet bola procenjen od strane dece i/ili njihovih negovatelja primenom vizuelne analogne skale (VAS). Rezultati Ukupno 43 deteta (61,4%) bila su testabilna, kao i svih 70 negovatelja. Prisustvo bola prijavilo je 19 dece (44,2%) i 42 (60%) negovatelja. Muskuloskeletni bol imalo je 17 dece (39,5%), dok je prema proceni negovatelja bol imalo 39 (55,7%) dece. Prosečna vrednost muskuloskeletnog bola prema proceni negovatelja iznosila je 6,20 ± 2,10 kod dece sa nivoom V, za I nivo 2,67 ± 2,18 i III nivo 2,50 ± 2 na skali za procenu grube motoričke onesposobljenosti (Gross Motor Function Classification System). Prosečan VAS za bol glava/stomak po proceni deteta iznosio je 2,73 ± 1,86, a po proceni negovatelja 2,35 ± 1,49 (p > 0,05). Statistički značajna razlika između dece sa različitim nivoom cerebralne paralize potvrđena je na VAS za muskuloskeletni bol-odgovor negovatelja (p < 0,01). Zaključak Razlike u percepciji bola između dece sa cerebralnom paralizom i negovatelja nisu utvrđene, ali kod dece sa najtežim nivoom motoričkog onesposobljenja negovatelji navode statistički viši nivo muskuloskeletnog bola.
