Sažetak
Rad se bavi raspravom vrednosnog okvira implementacije Lean filozofije u funkciji dostizanja optimalnog nivoa poslovanja organizacije. Sistematizacijom literaturnih podataka, rad pruža načelni uvid u razmišljanja, ideje i stavove Lean pristupa, posmatrajući ga neizostavno u kontekstu faktora koji utiču na uspešnost njegove implementacije u proizvodnim industrijama. Identifikacija problemskog okvira u kojem se realizuje ideja Lean filozofije jedan je od najkritičnijih aspekata koji pomaže organizacijama da uoče i otklone slabosti industrijskog sistema primenom određenih alata i tehnika koji će omogućiti uspešniji ishod implementacije ove metodologije čiji principi mogu da poboljšaju performanse preduzeća. Diskusija o temeljnim metodama Lean pristupa izvedena je na način koji omogućava sagledavanje praktičnog doprinosa metoda u korelaciji sa Lean kao osnovnom strategijom. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su egzistenciju širokog spektra složenih pojava na nivou cele organizacije koje se nalaze u međusobnoj interakciji i koje svojim delovanjem otežavaju izvesnost uspeha implementacije Lean primenom unapred proverenih alata i metoda.
