Unapređenje kolaborativnih mreža za povećanje učinka malih i srednjih preduzeća (MSP)

Sažetak
Cilj ove studije je da ispita učinak kolaborativnih mreža na poslovne performanse. Ova studija pokušava da pronađe format kolaborativne mreže koji može poboljšati poslovne performanse. Ispitanici u ovoj studiji su 295 vlasnika MSP iz modnog sektora u Centralnoj Javi, Indonezija.Za analizu podataka korišćen je pristup strukturnog modelovanja jednačina (eng. Structural Equation Modeling-SEM). Rezultati su pokazali da kolaborativne mreže (eng. collaborative networks - CN) značajno utiču na inovacionu sposobnost (eng. innovation capability - IC), konkurentsku prednost (eng. competitive advantage - CA) i poslovne performanse (eng. business performance - BP). Štaviše, inovaciona sposobnost i konkurentska prednost takođe značajno utiču na poslovne performanse. Inovativne mogućnosti i konkurentske prednosti mogu posredovati u odnosu između kolaborativnih mreža i poslovnih performansi.
