Sažetak
Grejferi se često koriste za istovar rasutog tereta sa teretnog broda, koji dovozi rudu gvožđa. Radni proces grejfera započinje sečenjem slobodne površine rasute rude gvožđa. Zato je početna dubina penetracije noževa grejfera u materijal važan faktor procenta uspešnog punjenja. Otpornost penetraciji se javlja usled procesa konsolidacije tereta, koja se vrši za vreme utovara i plovidbe. U radu je razvijen metod za oponašanje procesa penetracije noževa grejfera u materijal i određivanje odnosa između nivoa napona konsolidacije i otpora penetraciji. Rezultati testova pokazuju da se sa povećanjem napona konsolidacije povećava otpornost penetraciji i zapreminska masa. Rezultati merenja će se koristiti pri projektovanju grejfera za rudu gvožđa.
