Sažetak
U radu se analizira mesto Evropske konvencije u unutrašnjem pravnom sistemu u okvirima koji su postavljeni novim Ustavom Srbije, i koji proizilaze iz obaveza po osnovu prihvatanje Konvencije. Ustavnopravni značaj Evropske konvencije sagledan je u svetlu njene posebne pravne prirode, njenog mesta u uporednim, a posebno u ustavnopravnom sistemu Republike Srbije, kao i kroz postupanje Ustavnog suda Srbije, posebno onda kada odlučuje o ustavnim žalbma građana.
