Ispitivanje efikasnosti nekih bakterija i gljiva za kontrolu Globodera restochiensis

Sažetak
Ispitivan je biokontrolni potencijal B. thuringiensis var. berliner (Kustom larvo WT-1 ml/saksiji), var. kurstaki (Kostar 76 LW-1 ml/saksiji), Saccharopolyspora spinosa (Treisr 480 EC-1 ml/saksiji), Fusarium spp. (1; 2; 4 g micelija/saksiji) i Trichoderma spp. (1; 5; 10 g micelija/saksiji) radi kontrole G. rostochiensis na krompiru u stakleniku. Navedene bakterije i gljive su dodavane u zemljište prilikom setve. Svi tretmani su poboljšali rast biljke i prinos krompira, pri čemu je najveći prinos utvrđen kod Kostar 76 LW. Najveće povećanje prinosa je dobijeno prilikom primene Oxamyl (16,6%) koje je bilo praćeno primenom Kostar 76 LW ili Fusarium spp. (9,9%), Kustom larvo WT (8,2%) i Trichoderma spp. (6,6%). Procenat zaraženih ženki se kretao od 40,5% do 48,9%, od 29,6% do 49,3% i od 28,1% do 31,5% kada su primenjivane gljive Fusarium spp. Trichoderma spp. i bakterijski preparati redom. Bioagensi su izazvali značajan inhibitorni efekat na razmnožavanje nematoda. Stopa reprodukcije se smanjila sa 27,7% na 33,3% primenom bakterijskih preparata i sa 36,0% na 44,4% primenom obe vrste gljiva u poređenju sa kontrolnom grupom.
