Sažetak
Na globalnom tržištu, danas postoji intenzivni pritisak industrijskih preduzeća da uklone i eliminišu skupe i neplanske zastoje i neočekivane havarije. Pojavom Interneta i bežičnih tehnologija, kompanije zahtevaju drastične promene u transformisanju tradicionalnih praksi održavanja " otkaz i popravka " (fail and fix - FAF) na tehnologije elektronskog održavanja "predvidi i spreči" (predict and prevent - PAP).
Abstract
On a global market, there is now intense pressure industrial companies to remove and eliminate costly, unplanned downtime and unexpected breakdowns. With the advent of the Internet and wireless technologies, companies require drastic changes in transforming traditional practice of holding "failure and repair" (fail and fix - FAF) to maintain electronic technology "predict and prevent" (predict and prevent - PAP). Electronic maintenance localize the basic needs of intelligent prediction tools to a greater extent following the destruction of detecting failures in a networked environment and also to optimize the use of the equipment. This article refers to the necessary area of electronic maintenance and its critical elements. In addition, tools for assessment and prediction are introduced in a continuously assessing and predicting the performance of individual products, to allow proactive maintenance to prevent breakdowns on machines. Discussed the benefits of newer technologies and intelligent tools for prediction.
