Povezanost bipolarnog afektivnog poremećaja, upotrebe antidepresiva i osteoporoze

Sažetak
Uvod/Cilj Osteoporoza je jedan od najčešćih komorbidnih poremećaja među bolesnicima sa depresivnim poremećajem. Cilj ovog istraživanja je bio da se proceni povezanost upotrebe antidepresiva sa osteoporozom kod bolesnika lečenih od bipolarnog afektivnog poremećaja. Metode Ova studija je obuhvatila 73 bolesnika, stara 50-72 godine, oba pola, hospitalizovana zbog depresivne epizode bipolarnog afektivnog poremećaja, između 2016. i 2020. godine, na Klinici za psihijatriju Kliničkog centra Vojvodine. Bolesnici su podeljeni u dve grupe: a) prva grupa (40) lečena je selektivnim inhibitorima ponovnog preuzimanja serotonina u kombinaciji sa stabilizatorom raspoloženja (litijum-karbonat/lamotrigin), b) druga grupa (33) tretirana je samo stabilizatorom raspoloženja. Studija je takođe obuhvatila i dve kontrolne grupe ispitanika. Klinička merenja mineralne gustine kosti na lumbalnoj kičmi i kuku izvedena su metodom apsorpciometrije rendgenskih zraka dvostruke energije. Izmereni su nivoi kalcijuma i De-vitamina iz uzoraka krvi bolesnika. Podaci su statistički obrađeni analizom varijanse i Kraskal-Volisovim testom. Rezultati Osteoporoza je registrovana kod 25% bolesnika u prvoj i kod 18% bolesnika u drugoj grupi, dok je osteopenija ustanovljena kod 40% u prvoj i kod 37% bolesnika u drugoj grupi. Postoji statistički značajna razlika u vrednostima nivoa CrossLaps i nivoa 25(OH) De-vitamina, kao i u zastupljenosti osteoporoze i osteopenije u odnosu na kontrolne grupe. Zaključak Depresivna epizoda u bipolarnom afektivnom poremećaju je povezana sa većom prevalencom osteoporoze u odnosu na kontrolnu grupu. Bolesnici lečeni selektivnim inhibitorima ponovnog preuzimanja serotonina imaju veću prevalencu osteoporoze u odnosu na bolesnike lečene samo stabilizatorom raspoloženja.
