Sažetak
Koncept političkog ponašanja u organizacijama, predmet je izučavanja različitih disciplina, kao što su menadžment, ljudski resursi, psihologija, sociologija. Reč je o neformalnom obliku ponašanja u organizaciji, što podrazumeva da ove aktivnosti nisu zvanično odobrene od strane organizacije, ali ih pojedinci preduzimaju kako bi ostvarili sopstvene ili zaštitili nečije interese. Cilj rada je da se ukaže na razloge političkog ponašanja u preduzeću kao i posledice ovakvog ponašanja. Posebno će se ukazati na značaj političkih veština za povećanje kontrole i moći i uticaj na druge da se ponašaju u skladu sa ciljevima pojedinaca ili grupe u preduzeću. Ove veštine imaju važnu ulogu u organizacionim promenama, liderstvu i razumevanju organizacione politike.
