The reality of electronic commerce in Libya and their impact on the Libyan economy

Rad će osvetliti temu elektronske trgovine u Libiji, kako bi se utvrdili razlozi kašnjenja korišćenja savremenih oblika trgovine i predložile sugestije koje mogu da ubrzaju razvoj ovog novog koncepta. U radu će se prikazati stanje elektronske trgovine u Libiji i njen uticaj na libijsku ekonomiju, kroz identifikaciju uloge i veličine ovog oblika trgovine, analizu mogućnosti unapređenja, kao i diskusija ključnih izazova i ograničenja povezanih sa primenom ovih tehnologija i pregled najznačajnijih oblasti poslovanja u Libiji koji će imati koristi od primene elektronske trgovine. U radu će se prikazati i potencijalni uticaj elektronske trgovine na buduće trendove restruktuiranja tradicionalnih struktura. Podaci ukazuju da je kašnjenje Libije u ovoj oblasti veliko, posmatrajući pokazatelje vezane za informacione tehnologije i razvoj elektronske trgovine, u poređenju sa podacima iz razvijenih zemalja. Rad će prikazati ograničenja i izazove koji se trebaju prevazići kako bi se iskoristili svi pozitivni efekti primene elektronske trgovine. Rad će identifikovati brojne oblasti i sektore u Libiji koji mogu koristiti savremene informacione tehnologije i elektronsku trgovinu za svoju aktivaciju i razvoj.
Abstract
The work will illuminate the theme of electronic commerce in Libya, in order to determine the reasons for the delayed use of modern forms of trade, and proposed suggestions that can accelerate the development of this new concept. The paper will show the state of electronic commerce in Libya and its impact on the Libyan economy, through the identification of the role and size of this form of trade, analysis of improvement opportunities, and discussion of key challenges and constraints associated with the implementation of these technologies and review the major areas of business in Libya, which will benefit from the implementation of electronic commerce. The paper will show the potential impact electrons trade has on future trends of restructuring the traditional structures. The data indicate that the delay of Libya in this area is large, watching the indicators related to information technology and development of electronic commerce, in comparison with data from developed countries. The paper will show the limitations and challenges to be overcome in order to take advantage of all the positive effects of the implementation of electronic commerce. The work will identify a number of areas and sectors in Libya, which can use modern information technology and electronic commerce for their activation and development.
