Četvrta industrijska revolucija i rodni disparitet - da li se nešto menja?

Sažetak
U oblasti inženjerstva i šire gledano STEM disciplina (nauka, tehnologija, inženjerstvo i matematika) izražena je neravnomernost između polova. Statistika upisa na jedan od tehničkih fakulteta u Republici Srbiji tokom tri decenije ilustruje ovu pojavu, a slična situacija je svuda u svetu. Negativni efekti manje zastupljenosti žena u ovim oblastima na društvo i privredu odavno su prepoznati i primenjuju se brojne mere za njihovo ublažavanje. Sa velikim i brzim tehnološkim promenama koje donose informacione tehnologije i četvrta industrijska revolucija, menja se tržište rada i globalna potražnja za STEM profesijama raste. U radu je diskutovano kakav uticaj mogu imati ove tehnološke promene na postojeći disparitet između žena i muškaraca u pomenutim oblastima.
