Sociologija turizma u procesu globalizacije i društvene mreže

Sažetak
Proces globalizacije obuhvatio je sve segmente društvene produkcije i egzistencije. Turizam je u velikoj meri doprineo globalizaciji, umrežavanjem čitavog društva i povećanjem njegove pokretljivosti, što implicira da je reč o komplementarnoj pojavi. Rad razmatra osnovne relacije turizma sa radnim i slobodnim vremenom, kao i celokupnom društvenom svakodnevicom, ali i promenu fokusa u razvoju sociološke misli na relaciji modernog i postmodernog društva. Fokus rada je na analizi društvenih mreža Fejsbuk i Instagram koje su, tokom druge decenije ovoga veka i zahvaljujući pametnim telefonima, postale deo svakodnenog društvenog iskustva. Cilj rada je da, putem sagledavanja virtuelnih društvenih zajednica, ukaže na međuodnos svakodnevne društvene aktivnosti sa procesom globalizacije, kao i na njihove posledice po budući razvoj turizma. Rezultati rada ukazuju da je globalizacija dvosmeran proces kojem znatno doprinose svakodnevne aktivnosti društvenih pojedinaca, ali i da prostor interneta treba razumeti kao pomoćno sredstvo, a ne kao budući poligon za sticanje turističkih iskustava.
