Sažetak
Cilj rada je skretanje pažnje stručnoj i naučnoj javnosti na značaj podrške i pomoći darovitim učenicima u procesu vaspitanja i obrazovanja, kao i na važnost organizovanja nastave zasnovane na principu individualizacije. Radom nastojimo da ukažemo na značaj rane identifikacije darovitih učenika i na ulogu društva koje podstiče razvoj darovitosti. Postavlja se pitanje i da li društva u tranziciji prepoznaju da je darovitost lični, porodični i društveni potencijal i preduzimaju li adekvatne mere za dalji razvoj i optimalan proces vaspitanja i obrazovanja, koji bi rezultirao aktuelizacijom darovitosti i smanjioneuspeh. Precizniji odgovori zahtevaju sistematski i kontinuiran rad svih odgovornih osoba, ali i sprovođenje opsežnog istraživanja koje bi pokazalo trenutno stanje u našem školskom sistemu.
