Sažetak
Na zahtjev Redakcije časopisa Tehnika-Elektrotehnika dat je odgovor na kritički osvrt Mr Rastislava Šostakova i dr Dušana Uzelca na rad "Parametri EMP sa asinhronim motorom i HD spojnicom u dinamičkom režimu rada transportera sa gumenom trakom" Princip rada HDS koja radi u sprezi sa asinhronim motorom za pogon transportera sa gumenom trakom na korektan način je u komentarisanom radu opisan, a matematički model potpuno ispravno postavljen. Za izračunavanje svih relevantnih parametara EMP u dinamičkom režimu rada kreiran je poseban računarski program. Testiranje modela je izvršeno(ne simulacijom, nego "uživo") na konkretnim EMP transportera površinskih kopova Rudnika tuzlanskog bazena. Ove, kao i brojne EMP, koji se nalaze u eksploataciji, autor rada je ne samo projektovao, nego i učesvovao u svim fazama izrade, sve do puštanja u rad. Opisani način rada HDS i proces pokretanje EMP, koji je naveden u Osvrtu, teorijski je tačan i ispravan samo za pogone sa zanemarivo malim momentom inercije, što nije slučaj sa transporterima, koji imaju reaktivni moment tereta i uglavnom veliki moment inercije.
Abstract
On demand Redaction of magazine Tehnika-Elektrotehnika, here is answer about critically retrospective view from Mr Rastislav Šostakov and dr. Dušan Uzelac about paper "Dynamic Parameters of Electric Motor Drive and Fluidcoupling for Conveyors with Rubber Belt". In this work, on correct way is given working principle of fluidcoupling in couple with induction cage motor for conveyors with rubber belt, and mathematical model also. For computing all relevant parameters of electric motor drive (EMD) in dynamic transitional process is create special computer program. Testing of model is done (not simulationly, rather "alive") on concrete electric motor drive of conveyors in open pit mining on Tuzla's coalmine. Those, like many others EMD, which are in exploitation, author of paper was imaging and he was participant in all phases of working, till EMD start to work. Described work way of fluidcoupling and starting process of EMD, which is given in retrospective view, is correct just for drives with little torque of inertia, that's not case with conveyors, which has reactive load torque, and mainly big torque of inertia.
