Primjena Facebooka na visokoobrazovnim institucijama za unaprjeđenje komunikacije studenata i nastavnog osoblja
Application of Facebook to higher education institutions for improving communication of students and teaching staff
Sažetak
Društvene mreže su promijenile način na koji komuniciraju studenti, koji su zahvaljujući svojim mobilnim aplikacijama neprekidno online. Facebook je društvena mreža koju intenzivno koriste studenti u Bosni i Hercegovini. Stoga je predmet istraživanja u ovom radu mogućnost primjene Facebooka za unaprjeđivanje komunikacije studenata i nastavnog osoblja. Podaci su se prikupljali tokom 2016/17. akademske godine na Ekonomskom fakultetu Univerziteta u Tuzli. Ukupno je anketirano 389 studenta dodiplomskog studija. Istraživanjem je obuhvaćeno 11 nastavnika i saradnika Ekonomskog fakulteta. Pri tome se primjenom smo t-test nezavisnih uzoraka nastojalo utvrditi da li postoji razlika u stavovima između studenata i nastavnog osoblja u pogledu načina korištenja oficijelne Facebook stranice.
Abstract
Social networks have changed the way students communicate, who are constantly online thanks to their mobile apps. Facebook is a social network that students in Bosnia and Herzegovina use intensively. Therefore, the subject of research in this paper is the possibility of using Facebook to improve communication between students and teaching staff. Data were collected during 2016/17. academic year at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tuzla. A total of 389 undergraduate students were interviewed in total. The research involved 11 teachers and associates of the Faculty of Economics. In doing so, by applying the t-test of independent samples, we tried to determine whether there was a difference in attitudes between students and teaching staff regarding how to use the official Facebook page.
