Efekti nezavisnosti centralne banke na dugotrajnost ekonomskog razvoja - kombinovana regresiona analiza

Sažetak
Jedan od osnovnih alata u borbi protiv inflacije je povećanje nezavisnosti centralne banke. Ipak, rezultati istraživanja koja su sprovedena u različitim zemljama pokazuju da povećanje nivoa nezavisnosti centralnih banaka negativno utiče na ekonomski rast. U ovom radu analizirana je povezanost između nezavisnosti centralne banke i ekonomskog rasta uz uzimanje u razmatranje slučajeva pojedinih zemalja. Cilj ovog rada je da prikaže postojanje veze između kratkotrajnosti ekonomskog razvoja i nezavisnosti centralne banke u zemljama kao što su Brazil, Velika Britanija, Turska, Čile i Izrael. U ovom kontekstu, u ekonometrijskom delu, korišćen je panel OLS metoda sa stvarnim GDP podacima zemalja i uz korišćenje pomoćne promenljive koja predstavlja nezavisnost centralne banke. Očekivano je da nezavisnost centralne banke pozitivno utiče na ekonomski rast, kao naša polazna hipoteza.
