Uloga transformacionog liderstva u istraživačko-razvojnim projektnim timovima - predlog istraživačkog okvira

Sažetak
U savremenim uslovima poslovanja sve više raste broj istraživačkorazvojnih projekata koji za cilj imaju različite vidove inovacija i upravo ovi projekti predstavljaju snagu, a istraživačko-razvojni projektni timovi "gradivne blokove" savremenih organizacija. Lideri koji imaju jasnu viziju, koriste intelektualnu stimulaciju, podstiču kreativnost članova tima i motivišu ih da drugačije razmišljaju su lideri koji su adekvatni za rukovođenje istraživačko-razvojnim projektnim timom. Ove karakteristike imaju lideri koji primenjuju transforamcioni stil liderstva. Na osnovu postojećih istraživanja pokazalo se da je pomenuti stil liderstva taj koji dominantno utiče na inovativnost projektnih timova. Cilj rada je definisanje istraživačkog okvira koji će autori primeniti u budućem istraživanju, a na osnovu kog će ispitati ulogu transformacionog stila liderstva u istraživačko razvojnim projektnim timovima i uticaj ovog stila liderstva na inovativnost projektnog tima u organizacijama koje posluju na teritoriji R. Srbije. Na osnovu prikaza vladajućih stavova i postojeće literature date su istraživačke pretpostavke. Upitnik koji će biti korišćen je standardizovan MLQ upitnik za utvrđivanje stila liderstva (Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire) kao i upitnik o inovativnosti projektnog tima autora Lovelace, Shapiro & Weingart.
