Geographical and economic performance of organic agriculture and its impact on the stability of gastronomy tourism in Serbia
Srednja trgovnisko-ugostiteljska škola TUŠ 'Toza Dragović', Novi Sad
Abstract
Whether to avoid maintly polluted agricultural land or due to incorrect entry of these areas as objects of profit in the global world, it is still not clear where the good conditions for the development of Serbian agriculture are. This is also happening on the territory of Serbia both because of mixed economic and geographical characteristics of postmodernism 1 in Serbian agriculture and unbridled liberal conservation in terms of economic development in the tourism marketing. The standards of economy of environment and its protection must be taken, in order to identify and asses properly and fit into successful strategies all resources for the production of healthy food in organic agriculture of Serbia. Therefore the work puts confrontation of geographical and economic deployment of agriculture as the subject of research. With the use of modern methods of nature and social human sciences, it will be started with the following hypothesis: If geographical and economic location of organic farming is consensus , then its production for tourism must encourage it, and If geographical area enables economic growth and development , then it must be studied as an economic category. Finally, the end results should give a clear picture of whether Serbian tourism can be developed into the concept of bio tourism gardens.
