Sažetak
Proizvodnju jabuke u Srbiji karakteriše uvođenje novih tehnologija i podizanje intenzivnih zasada sa najsavremenijim sistemima. U prvih nekoliko godina po sadnji, u sistemima intenzivne proizvodnje jabuke, sve češće se javlja problem iznenadnog i brzog sušenja celih, mladih stabala sa simptomima nekroze korenovog vrata i podloge. Uglavnom su to knip ili sadnice sa prevremenim granama na slabobujnoj podlozi - M.9, starosti do pet godina. Tokom višegodišnjeg praćenja ove pojave u mladim zasadima i laboratorijskih rezultata identifikacije prouzrokovača primenom klasičnih i savremenih metoda, utvrđeno je prisustvo bakterije Erwinia amylovora. S obzirom na sve češću pojavu nekroze korenovog vrata i podloge u mladim zasadima jabuke, E. amylovora dobija sve veći značaj i postaje najdestruktivnije oboljenje u proizvodnji jabuke. U cilju efikasnog suzbijanja E. amylovora i primene adekvatnih mera zaštite, neophodno je pratiti zastupljenost i razvoj manje poznatih simptoma ovog patogena, koji se u našim uslovima poslednjih godina sve češće javljaju.
