Uticaj aktivnosti menadžmenta ljudskih resursa na zadovoljstvo poslom

Sažetak
Iako postoji veliki broj faktora koji mogu uticati na zadovoljstvo poslom, menadžment ljudskih resursa je identifikovan kao jedan od najvažnijih uzroka zadovoljstva poslom. Upravo iz tog razloga u ovom radu se analizira uticaj menadžmenta ljudskih resursa i njegovih aktivnosti na zadovoljstvo poslom u različitim organizacijama iz Republike Srpske, sa osnovnim ciljem da se istraži i utvrdi postojanje i priroda veze između aktivnosti menadžmenta ljudskih resursa, kao nezavisne varijable, i zadovoljstva poslom, kao zavisne varijable. Da bi se analizirala posmatrana veza sprovedeno je empirijsko istraživanje na uzorku od 738 radnika iz 283 organizacije iz Republike Srpske. Istraživanje je sprovedeno pomoću posebno kreiranog anketnog upitnika, a pouzdanost kreiranog instrumenta izračunata je pomoću Kronbahovog koeficijenta alfa. Na osnovu rezultata istraživanja, koji su dobijeni pomoću korelacione analize, potvrđena je osnovna hipoteza, na osnovu čega je dokazano da aktivnosti menadžmenta ljudskih resursa utiču na zadovoljstvo poslom. Takođe, potvrđene su i sve pomoćne hipoteze kojima se tvrdi da pojedinačne aktivnosti menadžmenta ljudskih resursa (regrutovanje i selekcija, obuka, razvoj i nagrađivanje) pozitivno utiču na zadovoljstvo poslom.
