Sažetak
Prva reakcija na finansijsku krizu decenije jeste da se pojačaju pravila supervizije, regulativa i zakoni. Neke ideju su dobrodošle, druge su diskutabilnije. Neka su pitanja pokrenule vlade, druga institucije poput BIS Banke za međunarodna poravnanja u Bazelu, neka od centralnih banaka, ili od svetskih organizacija, a da i ne pominjemo brojne organe supervizije. Ovaj članak ima za cilj da uvede nešto reda u sve ovo za potrebe nekih budućih studija. Smatram da sve dok investitori budu zahtevali dvocifrenu zaradu na svoje investicije, taj izazov će zahtevati i nepotrebno ulaženje u rizik. Regulativa neće to korigovati. Samo će sprečavati ponovno događanje istog u bliskoj budućnosti.
Abstract
The first reaction to the financial crises of the decade is to strengthen supervision, rules, regulations and laws. Some ideas are welcome, others more debatable. Some issues have been brought forward by governments, others by institutions such as the BIS, Bank for International Settlements in Basle some Central Banks, some world organizations, not to mention the numerous supervisory authorities. The article aims at putting some order in all this for eventual further study. I feel that as long as investors will demand double digit earnings on investments, that challenge will require undue risk taking. The regulations are not going to correct this. They will only prevent the reoccurrence in the near future of more of the same.
