Strateški razvoj ljudskih resursa - manevar za buduće kompetencije

Sažetak
Promenljiva uloga i funkcija stručnjaka za razvoj ljudskih resursa usled socijalnih, ekonomskih, političkih i tehnoloških promena dovodi do prakse uvođenja strateškog razvoja ljudskih resursa u organizacijama. U današnjem svetu industrijalizacije, ovaj termin se odnosi na postizanje konkurentskih koristi usklađivanjem organizacionih ciljeva i prioriteta sa strukturiranim i budućim orijentisanim aktivnostima. Studija o strateškom razvoju ljudskih resursa pruža mogućnost za uklanjanje problema organizacije racionalnim planiranjem i razvojem ljudi, sa fokusom na predvidljivost i doslednost. Ovo istraživanje ne samo da rasvetljava implikacije strateških aktivnosti već i jača individualnu kreativnost, upravljanje znanjem, planiranje karijere i individualne kompetencije među zaposlenima u industrijskim sektorima. Takođe, naglašava percepciju zaposlenih o primeni strateškog razvoja ljudskih resursa u kompaniji, što je osnovni faktor za zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, učinak i neophodnost socio-tehničkih sistema. Shodno tome, studija je usredsređena na Dubai, U.A.E., u obliku "Strateški razvoj ljudskih resursa - manevar za buduće kompetencije" gde je veličina uzorka iznosila 300 ispitania iz različitih kompanija uključujući kvantitativnu i kvalitativnu analizu. Shodno tome, statistički je potvrđeno da četiri nezavisne promenljive pokazuju pozitivnu vezu sa strateškim aktivnostima na polju ljudskih resursa. Pored toga, identifikuje se u kojoj meri odabrane kompanije pružaju razvoj ljudskih resursa i s njim povezane faktore radnog i životnog veka. Rezultati ankete stvorili su ključni model i okvir za strateški razvoj ljudskih resursa stvaranjem dragocenog doprinosa organizaciji u suočavanju sa budućim izazovima.
