Sažetak
U okviru CIM (Computer Integrated Manifacturing) sistema, proizvodnja se posmatra kao integracija tehničkih, ljudskih i informacionih resursa i znanja, primjenom kompjuterskih sistema. Uslov za kvalitetno dizajniranje i implementaciju CIM sistema je ispravan model preduzeća i postojanje referentnog modela integracije. Izuzetno važnu ulogu u planiranju, razvoju i primjeni CIM sistema ima grupna tehnologija koja može podržati svaku oblast poslovanja, od razvoja i konstrukcije proizvoda, razvoja tehnologija do razvoja informacionih sistema, izrade, nabavke itd. U jednom dijelu posmatranog preduzeća proizvodnja je prekidnog toka (serijska) koja ne omogućava implementaciju CIM sistema. Zbog toga su u tom dijelu posmatranog preduzeća, primjenom metode klasifikacije i kodiranja, proizvodi klasifikovani u tehnološke grupe, a radni centri raspoređeni u radne jedinice ili stanice prema principima grupne tehnologije, odnosno primjenom koncepta objedinjavanja proizvoda iz više tehnoloških grupa koje imaju zajedničke maršute. Tako je i u dijelu posmatranog preduzeća sa proizvodnjom prekidnog toka omogućena primjena zakonitosti velikoserijske i masovne proizvodnje, kao i primjena računara u upravljanju proizvodnjom.
Abstract
Within CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) system framework production is perceived as computer aided integration of technical, human and information resources and knowledge. The prerequisite to design and implement high quality CIM system is existence of a correct company model and an appropriate model of integration. Of high importance in planning, development and application of CIM system is group technology which provides for support to any field of business, from design and construction of a product, development of technologies to development of information systems, procurement, etc. An organizational unit of the company under review contains interruptible (serial) production process which disables implementation of CIM system. It is for that reason that in that unit of the company, by application of classification and coding method, the products have been classified in technological groups and working centres distributed into working units in line with group technology principles, that is to say, by application of the concept of uniting products from various technological groups which have common transport routes of material during production process. In that way, in the particular organizational unit with interruptible production process the application was enabled of laws of large-scale and mass production as well as application of computers in production management.
