Sažetak
ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) je vodeći sertifikacioni program kompjuterskih veština za krajnje korisnike. Prednosti koje kandidati ostvaruju sticanjem ECDL-a su velike. Za ECDL testiranje kandidati treba da kontaktiraju akreditovani test centar. Kandidat koji položi svih sedam modula dobija diplomu za korišćenje personalnog računara. Vlada Republike Srbije donela je 'Strategiju razvoja informacionog društva u Republici Srbiji'. Imajući u vidu razvoj informacionih tehnologija, proces informatičkog opismenjavanja građana treba započeti odmah po ECDL standardima. S obzirom da se u obrazovanju akcenat stavlja na permanentno učenje, neophodno je da se usaglase nastavni planovi i programi Informatike i računarstva u osnovnim i srednjim školama kao i na svim fakultetima i postanu obavezan predmet. Na taj način ne bi se narušavao kontinuitet u informatičkom obrazovanju koje je neophodno za dalji rad i usavršavanje.
Abstract
ECDL (European Computer Driving License) is a leading certificate programme of computer skills for final users. There are many advantages which the candidates gain by getting ECDL. Candidates should contact accredited ECDL testing centre. Candidates passing all seven modules get the diploma for using personal computer. Government of the Republic of Serbia proclaimed Strategy of Development of IT society in the Republic of Serbia. Bearing in mind that development of IT is a process of IT literacy of the citizens and that it should be started according to the ECDL standards. The accent in education is permanent learning, and it is necessary to adjust curricula of IT in primary and secondary schools as well as on faculties and that they should become compulsory subjects. In this way there would be no gap in continuity of IT education which is necessary for further development.
