Sažetak
Ukoliko pođemo od teorijske apstrakcije da preduzeće sadrži samo tehnologiju bez zaposlenih, neuređenost sistema biće minimalna, a njegova predvidivost velika. Međutim, čim involviramo faktor čoveka, preduzeće poprima karakter socio-ekonomskog sistema sa karakterom stohastičnosti. Čovek je nosilac korisnog rada, ali ujedno i faktor povećanja entropije usled odstupanja stvarne produktivnosti od objektivno uslovljene. Shodno tome, evaluacija konsultantskog učinka predstavlja razradu pristupa čija je uloga više kontrola konsultantskog procesa, nego egzaktno merenje koje bi se moglo sprovesti u prirodnim naukama. Na performanse preduzeća deluju brojni faktori koji imaju isprepletan i multiplikovan uticaj. Posledično, precizno merenje konsultantskog uticaja je značajno otežano, a u mnogim situacijama zahteva visoko sofisticiranu statističku metodologiju, za čiju primenu je potrebna ispunjenost brojnih uslova.
Abstract
If we start from a theoretical abstraction that company contains only technology, with no employees, system non-organization will be minimal, and its predictability will be great. However, as soon as we involve a human factor, a company takes a character of socio-economic system with likeliness character. Man is the holder of useful work, but he is also the factor of entropy increase due to deviation of actual productivity from one that is objectively conditioned. Accordingly, consulting performance evaluation is a development approach, whose role is to obtain more consulting process controls, unlike the exact measurement that could be carried out in natural sciences. Performance is influenced by numerous factors, that have interwoven and multiplicaded impact. Consequently, accurate measuring of consulting impact is considerably complicated, in many situations requires highly sophisticated statistic methodology and its appliance requires fulfillment of numerous conditions.
