Sažetak
Radne uslove najvećeg broja mašinskih elemenata namijenjenih prenosu snage i obrtnog momenta karakteriše prisustvo uglavnom složenog naponskog stanja. U takvim slučajevima, u kombinaciji sa manje ili više nepovoljnim okolnostima lomovi nijesu rijetkost. U radu se primjenom fraktografske analize slike stanja površine preloma, jedan tipičan primjer dezintigriteta konstrukcije sagledava iz ugla uticaja zavarenog spoja na inicijaciju oštećenja tipa prsline, kao početnog stadijuma u nastanku njenog kolapsa. Na ovaj način često je moguće, sa dovoljno pouzdanosti, obaviti karakterizaciju loma, a u slučajevima kada je taj postupak otežan, primjena mehanike loma otvara izuzetno velike mogućnosti.
Abstract
Working conditions of the number of machine parts purposed for shafting and transmission of turning moment are characterized by the presence of complex stress conditions. In these cases, in combination with more or less unfavorable conditions, fractures are not rare. In operation, by the means of fractographic analysis of the picture of the status of the surface of the fracture, one typical example of disintegrate construction is considered from the view of influence of welded joint on initiation of the damaged type of crack, as an initiating stage in occurrence of its collapse. In this way it is frequently possible with sufficient reliability to determine character of the fracture and in cases when this procedure is aggravated, application of mechanics of fracture gives extremely large possibilities.
