Sažetak
Uvod/Cilj Radna motivacija i zadovoljstvo poslom su ključna pitanja organizacije rada. Cilj rada je bio da se ispita da li postoji razlika u radnoj motivaciji i zadovoljstvu poslom između lekara i medicinskih tehničara u Vojvodini. Metode Istraživanje je sprovedeno na uzorku od 230 lekara i 489 medicinskih tehničara zaposlenih u tri doma zdravlja. Podaci su prikupljeni upitnikom koji su zaposleni samostalno popunjavali. Rezultati Lekari su u odnosu na medicinske tehničare bili značajno više motivisani faktorima radne motivacije: postizanje ciljeva zdravstvene ustanove, dobri međuljudski odnosi, kooperativna radna atmosfera, mogućnost usavršavanja i autonomija u radu. Lekari su bili značajno više zadovoljni stepenom samostalnosti u radu od medicinskih tehničara. Zaključak Lekari su više motivisani i zadovoljniji poslom u odnosu na medicinske tehničare.
