Industrija 4.0 i mali biznis nešto izvan tehnologije - pregled literature

Sažetak
Mala i srednja preduzeća (MSP) su posebno osetljiva na pitanja tehnologije, često zato što im nedostaju finansijska sredstva ili veštine da pravilno iskoriste nove tehnologije. Ovaj rad predstavlja rezultate studije koja istražuje vezu između Industrije 4.0 i MSP kroz sistematski pregled literature. Rezultati pokazuju da ovom vezom dominiraju teme koje se mogu grupisati u sledeće kategorije: "Industrijske revolucije", "Tehnologija", "Menadžment", "Upravljanje operacijama/Industrijski inženjering", "Društvena pitanja/ Održivost" i "Metodologija ". Studija pokazuje relevantnost tema menadžmenta, društvenih pitanja i održivosti, što se onda ne ogleda u objavljivanju članaka o industriji 4.0 u časopisima iz ovih oblasti. Na kraju, uspostavljanje partnerstva između istraživačkih timova u ovim istraživačkim oblastima i timova koji proučavaju industriju 4.0 moglo bi ublažiti ovaj nedostatak. Teme društvena pitanja i održivosti su nedovoljno zastupljene i stoga je potreban napor da se razviju istraživanja o uticaju ovih tema na industriju 4.0 i obrnuto.
