The influence of the working environment on satisfaction of employees in the textile industry

Abstract
Within the functioning of technological systems in textile industry the workers are exposed to various influences and actions that are the result of technological processes and their operations. Prolonged work in unsafe conditions of the working environment affects the health of workers, as well as their satisfaction with working conditions in the organization. Completed theoretical and practical analysis it was found that in the process of the textile industry there are jobs in which employees are exposed to the harmful effects of various parameters of the working environment, as well as health and safety are the same in the work process at risk. Based on these facts, the research in this paper are directed toward determining satisfaction of employees working conditions and care organizations on the preservation of their health. In order to analyze the data used for quantitative data processing using SPSS-a. Based on the above results and the data obtained by analyzing the degree of employee satisfaction, it can be concluded, whether they are employed in the textile industry satisfied with their working conditions, care of the organization of their safety and health, as well as conditions in the buildings in their working environment. The obtained results of the study suggest, that the methods used in this paper can be successfully used to determine the level of satisfaction of employees working conditions, as one of the basic conditions of successful business organization and maintain a competitive position in the market.
