Sažetak
Predmet rada predstavlja relativno Nov i još uvek evoluirajući termin društveno odgovornog poslovanja, sa fokusom na primeni ovog koncepta u saobraćajnim preduzećima. Cilj rada je formulisanje, u skladu sa dobijenim rezultatima istraživanja, konkretnih mogućih smernica za društveno odgovornije poslovanje saobraćajnih preduzeća u Republici Srbiji. Uzimajući u obzir brojna istraživanja i primere iz prakse o potvrđenim višestrukim pozitivnim efektima društveno odgovornog poslovanja, kao i činjenicu da se uticaji na jednu od ključnih eksternih dimenzija društveno odgovornog poslovanja - životnu sredinu - najdirektnije povezuju sa saobraćajnom delatnošću, i, konačno, posmatrajući saobraćaj kao vezivno tkivo celokupnog privrednog sistema koje sve oblasti materijalne proizvodnje čini svrsihodnim, u radu se analizira, osim prirode veze između ekonomskih i društvenih performansi, i stepen primene društveno odgovornog poslovanja u saobraćajnim preduzećima u Republici Srbiji.
