Abstract
One of the key factors in business optimization is business process management (BPM), a discipline that combines knowledge in information technology (IT) and management sciences, and applies them to operational business processes, whether it enables process monitoring or execution or management processes, through design, modeling, simulation and analysis, or reengineering and optimization. Modeling is a research methodological process by which a model can be generated, which can replace the actual phenomenon, and involves designing the process by including all costs, resources or constraints, in order to determine the functioning of the process under different circumstances. Often, modeling is treated as the only way to create a 'perfect' process, and so the management of business processes is often treated as a modeling of business processes. After the implementation of specific methodological procedures in the process of collecting and systematizing data for model formation, the paper presents ways of participating, exploiting and benefiting computer modeling, as the final phase of generating new, optimized and efficient SME models. More precisely, it is about the activities of generating a new model of SMEs for the production of clothes, through reengineering the production process by improving the performance that is, through the optimization of production by the flexible and phase implementation of the CAD/CAM system. It should be noted that the model is based on the data presented in the first part of the work (brainstorming and Ishikawa), as well as on the basis of basic research on the work and operations of SMEs (survey, SWOT and PEST analysis).
