Choice elements of flexible manufacturing system using multicriteria decision making
Izbor elemenata fleksibilnog tehnološkog sistema primenom višekriterijumskog odlučivanja

Abstract
Flexible manufacturing systems (FMS) because of it's great production and technological capabilities, high prices and costs in terms of investment required to ensure their rationale exploitations. Taking into account all the complex conditions of production and marketing of products, necessary a systems approach to the design and implementation of FMS, or their elements, with different levels of automation and flexibility. For selection of the best solutions FMS and their elements can be used many multicriteria decision making methods. This paper describes the use of multicriteria decision making in evaluating and choosing elements of a flexible manufacturing system for manufacturing formed family of parts. Verification is done on the example of a machining module for designed group process of turning the observed group of shafts.
Sažetak
Fleksibilni tehnološki sistemi (FTS) zbog svojih velikih proizvodno-tehnoloških mogućnosti, visoke cene i troškova investicija zahtevaju uslove pri kojima se obezbeđuje njihova racionalna eksploatacija. Uzimajući u obzir sve složenije uslove proizvodnje i plasmana proizvoda, neophodan je sistemski prilaz pri projektovanju i primeni FTS, odnosno njihovih elemenata, različitog nivoa automatizacije i fleksibilnosti. Za izbor najpovoljnijeg rešenja FTS-a mogu da se koriste višekriterijumske metode optimizacije, odnosno odlučivanja. U radu je prikazana primena višekriterijumskog odlučivanja u vrednovanju i izboru elemenata FTS za izradu tehnološke grupe delova. Verifikacija je izvršena na primeru obradnog modula za projektovanu grupnu operaciju obrade struganjem posmatrane grupe vratila.
