Relacije savremenih stilova vođstva i dimenzija nacionalne kulture u modernom poslovnom okruženju

Sažetak
Predmet ovog rada jeste odnos između savremenih stilova vođstva i dimenzija nacionalne kulutre. Lideri manifestuju određeni stil liderstva, kreiran pod uticajem velikog broja elemenata koji ga određuju. Tako je inacionalna kultura dovedena u vezu sa ponašanjem lidera u poslovnom sistemu. Cilj rada je da pokaže na koji način nacionalna kultura oblikuje stil liderstva. U radu su korišćene osnovne analitičke i sintetičke metode, metode indukcije, dedukacije i generalizacije, eksploratorna metoda kao i analiza sadržaja. Rad će pokazati da je važno spoznati uticaj dimenzija nacionalne kulture na stil liderstva, jer se radi o pojmovima koji su blisko povezan i i koji mogu da opredele uspeh poslovanja. Značaj rada ogleda se u sintezi ranijih i novijih stavova autora po pitanju veze između stilova vođstva i dimenzija nacionalne kulture i namenjen je savremenim liderima koji treba da pobljšaju svoje poslovanje i ostvare poslovne ciljeve.
