Sažetak
Glavni cilj ovog rada jeste da ukaže da dimenzije nacionalnih kultura utiču na različite aspekte organizacionog ponašanja. Kao potpora u radu koristi se petodimenzionalni kulturološki model autora Hofsteda. Autori u radu posebnu pažnju posvećuju dimenzijama raspona moći i izbegavanju rizika i neizvesnosti. Kada je njihov indeks na nivou nacionalne kulture visok to uslovljava i posebnu klimu u okviru samih organizacija - dolazi do pojave visokih hijerahijskih piramida, centralizacije u odlučivanju, autokratskog ponašanja menadžera, negativnih stavova premaradu, pojavi stresa i nedosatatku preduzetničkog ponašanja. Posebano interesovanje za ovu temu potiče i od činjenice da su u Srbiji obe pomenute dimenzije na visokom nivou.
