Analiza potrebne podrške srpskim izvoznicima za povećanje konkurentnosti i izvoza
Serbian exporters needs analysis to support competitiveness and export growth
Abstract
This document presents an exporters' needs analysis, based on an empirical study, a survey of current and potential Serbian exporters carried out in March and April 2011. Exporters services that are identified as central to exporting include market research and linkages and advocacy for an improved business climate, followed by internal networking of exporters. Exporters express a great need for these services, and an absolute majority wises to join the Exporters association of Serbia, which they consider should be established as a non-governmental, non-profit association. The final conclusion of the study is that current exporting services should be strengthened, and that the new, independent exporters' association should be supported in order to represent exporters and facilitate closer cooperation between the government and the business sector in this important area.
