Efekti treninga u detekciji laganja

Sažetak
U radu je prezentovano istraživanje čiji se osnovni cilj odnosio na utvrđivanje efekata treninga u detektovanju laganja, odnosno dobijanja odgovora na pitanje da li se edukacijom može postići veća tačnost u otkrivanju laganja od one koja je prisutna u generalnoj populaciji. Na uzorku od 60 ispitanika (49 muškaraca i 11 žena, starosti 22-25 godina) primenjen je upitnik za brzu procenu verbalnog i neverbalnog ponašanja, koji se sastoji od liste oblika neverbalnih, neverbalno-vokalnih i verbalnih ponašanja, kojoj je pridružena skala procene učestalosti javljanja. Ispitanici su imali zadatak da nakon gledanja 30 video klipova, u situaciji pre i posle treninga, procene istinitost iskaza saradnika-demonstratora koji su bili prikazani na video snimcima. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da je efekat treninga značajan (p < 0,01), odnosno da je tačnost procene posle treninga bila značajno veća od tačnosti pre treninga. U vezi sa povezanošću tačnosti procene i procene neverbalnih, neverbalno-vokalnih i verbalnih ponašanja pre treninga, rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da je procena učestalosti neverbalnih, za razliku od verbalnih ponašanja, značajno povezana sa tačnošću procene. U vezi sa povezanošću tačnosti procene neverbalnih i verbalnih znakova posle treninga, rezultati otkrivaju da su uspešniji u proceni bili oni ispitanici koji su se u svojoj proceni više oslanjali na verbalna ponašanja, odnosno oni koji su se u najvećoj meri rukovodili smernicama koje su im prezentovane tokom treninga u detekciji laganja.
