Sažetak
Poslovanje i struktura privrednih subjekata u zemlji su bitni za sagledavanje i planiranje njenih privrednih aktivnosti. Završni računi za privredna društva i zadruge u Republici Srbiji daju, pored svih drugih finansijskih pokazatelja i, ukupan broj preduzeća, broj zaposlenih u njima, ostvareni promet i veličinu preduzeća (mala, srednja i velika). Obeležja su definisana na sledeći način: Broj zaposlenih, kao prosek izračunat na osnovu stanja krajem svakog meseca u izveštajnoj godini Ostvareni promet kao prihodi od prodaje (kako robe, tako i proizvoda i usluga). U ovom radu se daje prikaz navedenih pokazatelja za Republiku Srbiju u periodu 2006-2013. godine. Praćenjem je obuhvaćen nefinansijski sektor (jedan od pet institucionalnih podsistema koji čine privredu) po metodologiji SNA (Sistem nacionalnih računa). Treba napomenuti da je institucija nadležna za prikupljanje i obradu finansijskih izveštaja ranije bila Narodna banka Srbije, a od 2009. godine to je Agencija za privredne registre.
Abstract
Business operation and structure of enterprises in the country are significant to observe and plan their business activities. Annual financial statements of enterprises and cooperatives in the Republic of Serbia are the source of financial indicators, the total number of enterprises, number of employees, realized turnover and size of enterprises (small, medium and large). The characteristics are defined as follows: Number of employees as the average calculated on the basis of the situation at the end of every month in the reference year. Realized turnover as income from sales (both goods and products and services). This paper presents the mentioned selected indicators for the Republic of Serbia for the period 2006-2013. Covered is the non-financial sector according to SNA methodology (System of National Accounts). It should be mentioned that the institution responsible for the collection and processing of financial statements was formerly the National Bank of Serbia, and since 2009 the Business Register Agency.
