Sažetak
Krajem osamdesetih godina Vojska Jugoslavije je, analizirajući ukupno stanje i oblasti obezbeđenja kvaliteta, ocenila da postojeća regulativa nije dovoljna da u potpunosti uredi ovu oblast. Rezultat te analize je izdavanje standarda SNO 9000/90, za sistem kvaliteta, koji obezbeđenje kvaliteta diže na još viši nivo i približava najvišim svetskim standardima u toj oblasti. Rad ima za cilj da, respektujući standard SNO 9000/90 i ostale propise koji regulišu odnose u proizvodnji i obezbeđenju kvaliteta sredstava NVO, prikaže aktivnosti vojne kontrole kvaliteta naoružanja i vojne opreme (VKK NVO) i postupak ocene kvaliteta sredstava NVO u serijskoj proizvodnji.
Abstract
After an analysis of the overall state of affairs in the domain of ensuring the quality of materiel being procured for its needs, carried out by the end of the eighties, the Yugoslav Army assessed that the then existing regulations were not sufficient for the thorough setting in order this domain. The analysis resulted in the edition of the SNO 9000/90 standard for the quality system, which elevated the insurance of quality to a higher level, thus making it close to the highest world standards. The author's intent was to present, respecting the SNO 9000/90 standard and other regulations concerning the relations in production of materiel for the Yugoslav Army, activities of the military control of quality of that materiel and procedures of assessment of its quality in its serial production.
