Iskustvo jednog centra u tretmanu preloma dijafize tibije Ilizarovljevom metodom

Sažetak
Uvod/Cilj Dijafiza tibije je često mesto nastanka otvorenih i zatvorenih preloma tibije, te je veoma važno izabrati najbolji metod za tretman ovih povreda. Cilja rada je bio da se proceni da li je Ilizarovljeva tehnika prikladna u smislu komplikacija, ishoda lečenja i redukcije bola u tretmanu bolesnika sa prelomom dijafize tibije. Metode Retrospektivna analiza je uključila sve bolesnike sa prelomom dijafize tibije koji su tretirani Ilizarovljevom metodom u periodu od januara 2013. do juna 2017. godine na Institutu za ortopedsko-hirurške bolesti "Banjica" u Beogradu. Analizirani su demografski i klinički podaci o bolesnicima. Bol je procenjen korišćenjem vizuelno-analogne skale za bol. Korišćena su dva modela univarijantne i multivarijantne linearne regresije za analizu podataka. Rezultati Rezultati studije su pokazali mali broj ukupnih komplikacija. Pokazano je da visoke vrednosti krvnog pritiska, upotreba antibiotika i reintervencije produžavaju fiksaciju, kao i težina preloma i dužina intervencije. Takođe je pokazano značajno smanjenje nivoa bola posle intervencije. Zaključak Ilizarovljeva metoda je sigurna i pouzdana u tretmanu bolesnika sa prelomom dijafize tibije, praćena je smanjenjem jačine bola, sveukupnim poboljšanjem funkcionalnosti i dobrim ishodom, i nema česte komplikacije.
