Tretman džibre od ekstrakcionog soka šećerne repe prirodnim koagulantima ekstrahovanim iz pasulja

Sažetak
Otpadne vode destilerija imaju veliki potencijal zagađivanja životne sredine. U ovom radu je ispitana efikasnost primene novog, ekološki prihvatljivog, prirodnog koagulanta ekstrahovanog iz zrna pasulja, za primarni tretman otpadne vode od proizvodnje bioetanola na ekstrakcionom soku šećerne repe. Otpadna voda je dobijana iz laboratorijskih ogleda proizvodnje bioetanola na ovom supstratu. Otpadna voda ima nizak rN i visok sadržaj suspendovanih čestica, organske materije i azota, usled čega potencijalno ima vrlo veliki negativan uticaj ukoliko bi se neprečišćena ispuštala u životnu sredinu. Aktivne koagulantne supstance su ekstrahovane iz samlevenog zrna pasulja sa 0,5 mol/L rastvorom NaCl. Dobijeni sirovi ekstrakt je korišćen kao koagulantno sredstvo. Efikasnost koagulacije je ispitivana džar testom, pri različitim rN vrednostima otpadne vode i različitim količinama koagulanta. Praćeno je smanjenje sadržaja organske materije u obrađenoj vodi nakon koagulacije i taloženja flokula. Organska materija je određivana preko hemijske potrošnje kiseonika. Eksperimenti su potvrdili da se prirodni koagulanti iz zrna pasulja mogu uspešno primeniti za primarnu obradu otpadne vode od proizvodnje bioetanola na ekstrakcionom soku, ali pod odgovarajućim uslovima. Najveće efikasnosti koagulacije su postignute na rN 5,2 sa dozom koagulanta od 30, i na rN 8,5 sa dozom koagulanta od 5, i iznosile su 64,71% i 68,75%, sledstveno. Izračunavanjem potrebne količine sredstva za podešavanje rN vrednosti i potrebne količine zrna pasulja za dobijanje koagulanta za ove dve rN vrednosti, ustanovljeno je da je ekonomičniji rad na rN 8,5. Ovi obećavajući rezultati ukazuju da se prirodni koagulanti iz zrna pasulja mogu smatrati potencijalnom alternativom hemijskim koagulantima/flokulantima za tretman otpadnih voda.
