Sažetak
Cilj rada je da se sagleda uloga sistema upravljanja kvalitetom (Quality Management System - QMS) u ostvarivanju konkurentnosti poslovnih organizacija u savremenom poslovnom okruženju. Za razvoj domaće privrede značajno je unaprediti način poslovanja domaćih preduzeća po uzoru na najbolje svetske prakse. U radu su izneta iskustva međunarodnih stručnjaka iz oblasti sistema upravljanja kvalitetom i primene ISO standarda upravljanja kvalitetom, sa svrhom unapređenja poslovnih performansi i konkurentske sposobnosti preduzeća na međunarodnom tržištu. Uspeh preduzeća za poslovanje na globalnom tržištu, usled svakodnevnih tehnoloških, ekonomskih i društvenih promena, u osnovi je zasnovan na sistemu upravljanja kvalitetom i ISO standardima. Standard ISO 9001:2015 doneo je poboljšanja u pravcu upravljanja rizikom. Ostvarivanje konkurentnosti postiže se adekvatnim upravljanjem promenama u organizaciji, upravljanjem kvalitetom, inovativnim razmišljanjem i delovanjem, i standardizovanim proizvodima vrhunskog kvaliteta.
