TQM i performanse kompanije - pregled literature i poslovne prakse 2015-2020

Sažetak
U preduzimanju poslovnih poduhvata sreću se različite spoznaje međunarodnih kultura stvaranja kvaliteta, ali će u globalnom okruženju dominirati samo najbolje, one koje su prepoznale ulogu Upravljanja totalnim kvalitetom (engl. Total Quality Management - TQM). Na teoretskim osnovama inostranih istraživanja eminentnih autora iz raznih krajeva sveta, kompanija, koje primenom TQM-a postižu konkurentnost globalnih razmera, kreira se dragoceno iskustvo u proučavanju ove problematike. Cilj rada je da se analizom odabrane postojeće literature predstavi uticaj upravljanja totalnim kvalitetom na performanse preduzeća i konkurentnost. Rad je posvećen razvoju i modelima TQM-a, opisuje sistem upravljanja kvalitetom, standardizaciju i efekte primene. Izvršena je identifikacija uticaja TQM-a na liderstvo, ljudske resurse, organizacione i poslovne performanse u stvaranju i održivoj konkurentnosti. Na kraju rada dat je tabelarni prikaz pregleda odabrane literature iz perioda 2015. - 2020. godine.
