Sažetak
U okolnostima stalnih promena i globalne konkurencije povećana efikasnost postaje neophodnost za bilo koju kompaniju u ekonomiji zasnovanoj na znanju, a ne opcija. Efikasnost upotrebe resursa, posebno intelektualnih resursa, presudan je faktor u proceni ekonomske snage organizacije. Budući da su intelektualni resursi nematerijalni i, uglavnom, "nevidljivi", merenje i upravljanje njima je teško. Merenje efikasnosti ljudskog kapitala pruža releveantne informacije za menadžment, jer ljudski kapital znatno utiče na performanse kompanije. Cilj ovog rada je isticanje značaja merenja efikasnosti ljudskog kapitala kroz odabrane tradicionalne i savremene pokazatelje. Ovaj rad će pokazati koje uprvljačke informacije možemo dobiti zahvaljujući kvantifikaciji efikasnosti ljudskog kapitala prilikom korišćenja određenih pokazatelja u analizi produktivnosti.
