Uticaj broja nanosa boje pri štampi tekstilnih materijala na postojanost na trljanje

Sažetak
Tekstilni materijali štampani tehnikom sito štampe ili digitalnim tehnikama štampe izloženi su različitim uticajnim faktorima uzrokovanim korišćenjem ili uslovima koji ga okružuju. U ovom radu je predstavljeno istraživanje uticaja trljanja na karakteristike tekstilnog materijala štampanog ink jet tehnikom štampe. U istraživanju je korišćen tekstilni materijal sirovinskog sastava 100% poliester na kojem su štampane test karte. Test karte su se sastojala od četiri polja procesnih boja (CMYK), pri čemu je svako polje štampano sa 100% popunjenosti. U procesu štampe korišćen je grafički sistem Mimaki JV22-160 koji koristi J-eco Subly nano boje. Variralo se brojem nanosa boje, te je materijal štampan sa jednim, dva, tri, četiri i pet nanosa boje. Povećavanjem broja nanosa boje povećavala se i vrednost K/S, dok je izlaganje uzoraka trljanju izvedeno prema standardu ISO 105-X12. U analizi je korišćeno 20 uzoraka, pri čemu je njihova postojanost na trljanje određena korišćenjem sive skale.
