Sažetak
Teza od koje se u radu polazi jeste da internet preuzima "provodadžijsku" ulogu pri sklapanju emotivnih i bračnih veza. Namesto nekadašnjih posrednika, ova uloga se danas sve češće i sve lagodnije prepušta digitalnim tehnologijama, bilo da se radi o bezličnim algoritmima za uparivanj ili virtuelnim poznanstvima. U skladu sa tim, u radu se razmatraju uzroci i posledice ovakve transformacije. U prvom delu rada bavi-ćemo se širim društvenim procesima koji dovode do iskorenjivanja ljudi iz primarnih i direktnih odnosa, te do njihovog reukorenjivanja uz pomoć tehnoloških posrednika. Na taj način rekreiraju se nove zajednice zasnovane na mrežnom principu, čije posledice jesu izgradnja tehnološki posredovanih prijateljskih i emotivnih veza. Revolucionarna promena kao posledica razvoja interneta jeste mogućnost bliskog povezivanja ljudi koji se pre toga nisu poznavali. S tim u vezi, analiziraćemo okolnosti koje su dovele do toga da sfera intimnih odnosa postane jedna od tehnološki najposredovanijih društvenih sfera u XXI veku, jer je internet postao nezamenjiv, a vrlo verovatno će u budućnosti biti i osnovni posrednik pri sklapanju emotivnih i bračnih veza. Zaključak koji izvodimo je-ste da će algoritmi, a ne "prst sudbine" određivati ko će sa kim, u budućnosti, potomstvo stvarati.
