Sažetak
Pandemija korona virusa je događaj bez presedana u savremenoj istoriji, ne samo vazduhoplovstva, nego i čovečanstva. Negativne posledice pandemije ne odnose se samo na obustavu letenja i nemogućnost prevoza putnika, nego imaju veliki uticaj na ostale industrije, kao što su proizvodnja aviona, sistema i motora, turizam, prehrambena industrija itd. Obustava letenja dovela je do višestruko manjih prihoda od planiranih, otpuštanja velikog broja zaposlenih u ovoj industriji, kao i otkazivanja naručenih novih aviona. Takođe, propisane mere zdravstvene zaštite koje aviokompanije moraju da primenjuju odraziće se na manji broj putnika u avionima, što znači da će svaki let biti manje isplativ. Suočene sa velikim gubicima, aviokompanije moraju da se organizuju u cilju ostvarenja što veće efektivnosti i delimičnog povratka na nivoe letenja i prevoza ljudi i roba koji su ostvareni tokom 2019. godine. U radu je analizirano stanje i značaj globalne avioindustrije, uticaj pandemije na poslovne rezultate i rešavanje problema aviokompanija.
