Sažetak
Globalne promene u životnoj sredini imaju snažne implikacije na stabilno funkcionisanje socijalnih i ekoloških sistema pre svega zbog različitih devijacija koje se pojavljuju kao posledica iznuđenih prirodnih (bezbednosnih) pojava. U ovim uslovima klimatske promene postaju sve prisutniji bezbednosni problem i multiplikator niza različitih bezbednosnih izazova, rizika i pretnji. Ova karakteristika odnosi se pre svega na trend rasta nasilnih sukoba, nestabilnosti i tenzija u pojedinim regionima širom sveta. Negativne posledice klimatskih promena ispoljavaju se kroz intenzivnu pojavu ekstremnih prirodnih fenomena, koji dodatno pogoršavaju stanje bezbednosti u nedovoljno razvijenim državama opterećenim konsolidacijom unutrašnjeg društvenog, ekonomskog i političkog poretka. Permanentno smanjivanje obradivih površina, rasprostranjena nestašica pijaće vode, smanjena produktivnost hrane, sve duži sušni periodi i obilne padavine, politička i ekonomska nestabilnost zatim socijalna fragmentacija, samo su neki od faktora koji svojim kumulativnim dejstvom pospešuju motivisanost ugrožene društvene zajednice na preduzimanje različitih vidova organizovanog nasilja. Simbiotska veza između nedostatka prirodnih resursa ugroženih klimatskim promenama i nasilnih sukoba protvrđena je nizom istraživačkih studija sprovedenih pretežno na primerima država afričkog i azijskog kontinenta. Cilj ovog reda jeste pokušaj da se sistematičnim pregledom literature ukaže na devastirajući uticaj klimatskih promena i nužnu potrebu za preduzimanjem adekvatnih programskih proaktivnih mera zaštite i ublažavanja negativnog uticaja antropogenih aktivnosti na poremećaj prirodne ravnoteže.
